What great news this is for Chuck, ESPN and all listeners. Chuck has forgotten more about sports than most guys know and he is a class act in every way. I first heard Chuck when he was in Providence and he was great then and has only gotten better with time. It is about time someone at ESPN came to their senses.

Since I read your interview with Chuck it only seems appropriate I comment on this latest news. Definitely good for him and ESPN Radio. If Entercom ever decides to flip one of their Boston-owned stations we'll get to hear Chuck on a regular basis, but unfortunately I don't think that will happen anytime soon. It's a shame that 98.5 The SportsHub opted not to pursue him, although his skills are certainly more worthy of a national stage.
